- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tbsp gochujang
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 cup parmesan, grated
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 500g pasta
- Green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta until al dente, then drain.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sautรฉ for a couple of minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the gochujang and cook until its color deepens slightly. Pour in the heavy cream and soy sauce, mixing well.
- Add grated parmesan and stir until fully incorporated. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Add the drained pasta to the sauce and simmer until fully coated and cooked to your preference.
- Remove from heat and let sit for a couple of minutes to allow the sauce to thicken.
- Serve warm, garnished with more parmesan and green onions. Enjoy!
