- 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
- 4 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 pound cooked spaghetti
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients:
- In a slow cooker, combine chicken breasts, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, Rotel tomatoes, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Cook Chicken:
- Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours or on high for 2–3 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Shred Chicken:
- Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks. Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker.
- Add Cheese:
- Stir in cubed cream cheese and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Cover and cook on low for an additional 15–20 minutes, until the cream cheese is melted and the sauce has thickened slightly.
- Add Pasta:
- Stir in the cooked spaghetti until well coated with the sauce.
- Top and Serve:
- Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese on top. Serve immediately and enjoy!
