  • 1/2 cup (60g) chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Pan:
    • Line an 8ร—8-inch (20x20cm) baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
  • Melt the Chocolate:
    • In a medium saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
    • Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is melted and smooth.
  • Mix the Ingredients:
    • Remove from heat and stir in the almond extract (if using).
    • Gently fold in the chopped cherries and nuts (if using).
  • Pour and Chill:
    • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
    • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
