Description

This Creamy Angel Hair Pasta is a quick and comforting dish featuring delicate angel hair noodles tossed in a rich garlic-parmesan cream sauce. It’s simple, silky, and perfect for weeknight dinners or as a side to chicken or seafood.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 8 oz angel hair dry pasta
  • 3 tbsp salted butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 tsp Italian herb seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp chicken Better Than Bouillon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmigiano Reggiano, grated
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Pinch of pepper
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook angel hair pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Stir in Italian herb seasoning and chicken bouillon. Add heavy cream and milk, whisking to combine.
  4. Bring to a gentle simmer, then stir in grated Parmigiano Reggiano until smooth and creamy.
  5. Season with salt and a pinch of pepper. Adjust to taste.
  6. Add cooked angel hair pasta to the sauce and toss until well coated.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use freshly grated Parmesan or Parmigiano Reggiano for the best flavor and creaminess.
  • If the sauce thickens too much, add a splash of pasta cooking water or milk to loosen it.
  • Pairs well with grilled chicken, shrimp, or roasted vegetables.
