- 1/2 tsp chicken Better Than Bouillon
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Parmigiano Reggiano, grated
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook angel hair pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in Italian herb seasoning and chicken bouillon. Add heavy cream and milk, whisking to combine.
- Bring to a gentle simmer, then stir in grated Parmigiano Reggiano until smooth and creamy.
- Season with salt and a pinch of pepper. Adjust to taste.
- Add cooked angel hair pasta to the sauce and toss until well coated.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.

- Use freshly grated Parmesan or Parmigiano Reggiano for the best flavor and creaminess.
- If the sauce thickens too much, add a splash of pasta cooking water or milk to loosen it.
