- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 2 cans Campbellโs Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup uncooked pasta
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions

Sautรฉ the veggies:
- In a large pot, sautรฉ the diced celery and onions over medium heat for about 5 minutes, until softened and fragrant.

Add the base ingredients:
- Stir in Cream of Mushroom soup, water, and heavy cream, mixing well until smooth.

Add chicken & pasta:
- Stir in the shredded rotisserie chicken and uncooked pasta. Mix well.

Simmer:
- Let the soup simmer for 10โ12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender.

Season & serve:
- Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
- Stir in fresh parsley if desired.
