Description

Cranberry Brie Bites are a quick and elegant appetizer made with buttery crescent dough, creamy brie, and sweet-tart cranberry sauce. Perfect for holidays, parties, or a cozy snack.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • All-purpose flour (for dusting)
  • 1 (8 oz) crescent dough sheet or crescent rolls
  • 1 (8 oz) wheel of brie cheese
  • 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs, cut into small pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly dust your cutting board with flour.
  2. Roll out the crescent dough and cut it into 12 equal squares.
  3. Cut the brie into 12 small cubes, roughly 1-inch each.
  4. Place each dough square into a mini muffin tin, pressing lightly to form a cup.
  5. Add a cube of brie to each dough cup and top with about 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
  6. Bake for 10–14 minutes, or until the dough is golden and the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from the oven and garnish each bite with a small piece of fresh rosemary.
  8. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Use whole berry cranberry sauce for best texture and flavor.
  • You may leave the rind on the brie—it is edible and melts well.
  • These are best served warm but can be reheated in the oven.
