- 1 (8 oz) crescent dough sheet or crescent rolls
- 1 (8 oz) wheel of brie cheese
- 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- Fresh rosemary sprigs, cut into small pieces
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly dust your cutting board with flour.
- Roll out the crescent dough and cut it into 12 equal squares.
- Cut the brie into 12 small cubes, roughly 1-inch each.
- Place each dough square into a mini muffin tin, pressing lightly to form a cup.
- Add a cube of brie to each dough cup and top with about 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
- Bake for 10–14 minutes, or until the dough is golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and garnish each bite with a small piece of fresh rosemary.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use whole berry cranberry sauce for best texture and flavor.
- You may leave the rind on the brie—it is edible and melts well.
- These are best served warm but can be reheated in the oven.
