These Cheddar Ranch Muffins are packed with crispy bacon, melted cheddar cheese, and zesty ranch seasoning, all baked into fluffy Bisquick muffins. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or as a party snack, they’re incredibly easy to make and totally irresistible!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 (1-oz) package ranch dressing mix
  • 3 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 1 (10.5-oz) can condensed cheese soup
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk

Instructions

Prep & Mix:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease two mini muffin pans with cooking spray.
  2. In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium-high heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels, then crumble.

Make the Batter:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine crumbled bacon, Bisquick, cheese soup, ranch seasoning, shredded cheddar, and buttermilk. Stir until well combined.

Bake:

  1. Using a cookie scoop, fill the mini muffin cups to the top with batter.
  2. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until muffins are golden brown and cooked through.
