  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 cup crab meat, cooked and shredded

  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

For the Lemon Butter Sauce:

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Make biscuit dough: In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese.

  • In a separate bowl, combine softened butter and milk until smooth. Slowly stir the wet ingredients into the dry mixture.

  • Fold in crab & green onions: Gently fold in the crab meat and green onions until evenly incorporated.

  • Form the biscuits: Scoop dough into 12 even portions on the baking sheet.

  • Bake: Bake for 15โ€“20 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown.

  • Make the lemon butter sauce: Melt butter in a small saucepan. Stir in lemon juice and parsley.
