For the Dip:
- 12 oz imitation crab meat or shredded fresh crab
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp Sriracha
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped scallions
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
- 1/2 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
For the Wonton Chips:
- 1 pack wonton wrappers
- Cooking oil spray
For the Dipping Sauce:
- 1 cup sweet chili sauce
- Scallions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Set to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the Dip: In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth. Stir in scallions, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, and Sriracha.
- Add the Cheese & Crab: Mix in white cheddar, half of the mozzarella (reserve the rest), and Parmesan. Fold in the shredded crab meat.
- Bake the Dip: Spread mixture evenly in a baking dish. Top with the remaining mozzarella. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Prepare Wonton Chips: While the dip bakes, cut wonton wrappers into triangles and place them on a baking sheet. Spray with cooking oil.
- Bake the Chips: Bake at 400°F for 5-7 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
- Serve & Garnish: Drizzle sweet chili sauce over the dip and sprinkle with scallions. Serve hot with wonton chips.
Notes
- Fresh crab meat adds a more delicate flavor, but imitation crab works just as well.
- For extra crunch, air-fry the wonton chips instead of baking.
- Add a little extra Sriracha for a spicy kick!
