Description

Cottage Cheese Chips are a high-protein, crunchy, and savory snack made with simple ingredients — perfect for a healthy alternative to traditional chips.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup cottage cheese (small curds preferred)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary or thyme
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary or thyme, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Using a spoon, drop small mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  4. Lightly flatten each mound into a thin circle using the back of the spoon.
  5. Lightly spray the tops with olive oil spray.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chips are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Allow to cool completely before serving for maximum crunch.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before baking.
  • Make sure to flatten the mounds evenly so they bake uniformly.
  • Store in an airtight container to keep them crisp.
