- 1 cup cottage cheese (small curds preferred)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary or thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary or thyme, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Using a spoon, drop small mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Lightly flatten each mound into a thin circle using the back of the spoon.
- Lightly spray the tops with olive oil spray.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chips are golden brown and crispy.
- Allow to cool completely before serving for maximum crunch.
Notes
- For extra flavor, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before baking.
- Make sure to flatten the mounds evenly so they bake uniformly.
- Store in an airtight container to keep them crisp.
