Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
    • Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
  2. Mix Wet Ingredients:
    • In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, eggs, cottage cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
    • Mix until smooth.
