- 1/2 cup Caesar salad dressing
- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled bacon
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF and line a 9ร13-inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the filling: In a large bowl, mix the Caesar dressing, rotisserie chicken, mozzarella cheese, and crumbled bacon.
- Roll the dough: Roll out the pizza dough into two large sheets, about 6ร14 inches each.
- Assemble: Place half of the chicken mixture in the center of each dough sheet. Fold the short ends over the filling, then fold the long edges over, sealing like a box.
