  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions

  • Prepare the Waffle Batter:
    • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cornbread mix, buttermilk, egg, and melted butter until smooth.
    • Stir in cheddar cheese and bacon if desired.
  • Cook the Waffle Bites:
    • Preheat a mini waffle maker and lightly grease with cooking spray.
