Instructions

  • Preheat & Prep:

    • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin pan.
  • Roll Out the Puff Pastry:

    • Lightly flour a clean surface and roll out both sheets of puff pastry to about ¼-inch thickness, ensuring they match in size.
  • Assemble:

    • Crumble the cookie dough evenly over one puff pastry sheet and lightly press it down.
    • Lay the second puff pastry sheet over the cookie dough, pressing gently.
  • Cut & Roll:

    • Slice into 9 even strips (about 1–1¼ inches wide).
