Description

This Original Fantasy Fudge Recipe is a no-fail fudge thatโ€™s packed with chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and walnuts. Itโ€™s the perfect sweet treat to make for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • For the Fudge:
    • 3 cups (600 g) granulated sugar
    • 3/4 cup (170 g) unsalted butter
    • 2/3 cup (168 g) evaporated milk
    • 1 package (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
    • 1 bag (10 ounces) mini-marshmallows (or 7-ounce jar of marshmallow fluff)
    • 1 cup (117 g) walnuts, chopped
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line a 9ร—13-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, butter, and evaporated milk. Bring to a boil and continue heating until the mixture reaches 234ยฐF on a candy thermometer (about 5 minutes).
  3. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until fully melted and combined.
  4. Add mini-marshmallows, walnuts, and vanilla extract. Stir to incorporate.
  5. Transfer the fudge mixture to the prepared pan. Allow it to set at room temperature for about 4 hours, or chill in the refrigerator to speed up the process.
