Instructions

Prepare the strawberry salsa: In a bowl, mix the strawberries, onion, jalapeรฑo, lime juice and zest, cilantro, and salt. Set aside.

Marinate the chicken: In a separate bowl, mix lime juice and zest, oil, cilantro, garlic, jalapeรฑo (if using), salt, and pepper. Add the chicken and coat evenly. Cover and marinate for 30 minutes to overnight in the refrigerator.

Grill the chicken: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken for 3-5 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165ยฐF (75ยฐC).
