6 medium flour tortillas

1 block (180g) dairy milk chocolate

Instructions

Prepare the Churro Chips:

Cut each tortilla into 8 triangles using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.

Toss the tortilla pieces lightly in melted butter, making sure theyโre evenly coated but not too wet.

In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon together. Toss the buttered tortillas in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until fully coated.

Cook the Churro Chips:

Arrange the coated tortilla pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket, working in batches if needed.

Air fry at 190ยฐC (375ยฐF) for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

Let the chips cool for 5 minutes to crisp up further. While still warm, sprinkle with extra cinnamon-sugar.
