Description

Decadent no-bake chocolate peanut butter marshmallow squares with a crispy gluten-free base, gooey marshmallows, and rich chocolate chips—perfect for a sweet treat or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups gluten free Crisp Rice Cereal
  • 8 cups colored mini marshmallows (14 oz)

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt margarine and peanut butter together over medium heat until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the chocolate chips until melted and combined.
  4. Fold in the gluten free Crisp Rice Cereal and mini marshmallows until evenly coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and press down gently to spread evenly.
  6. Allow to cool at room temperature for 30-45 minutes until set.
  7. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • Optional: top with extra chocolate drizzle for added richness.
