- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups gluten free Crisp Rice Cereal
- 8 cups colored mini marshmallows (14 oz)
Instructions
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, melt margarine and peanut butter together over medium heat until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the chocolate chips until melted and combined.
- Fold in the gluten free Crisp Rice Cereal and mini marshmallows until evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and press down gently to spread evenly.
- Allow to cool at room temperature for 30-45 minutes until set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Optional: top with extra chocolate drizzle for added richness.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
- Use regular marshmallows if colored ones are not available.
