- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 1/2 cups crispy rice cereal
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions
- Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a saucepan over low heat, combine peanut butter and honey. Stir until smooth and warmed through.
- Remove from heat and gently fold in the crispy rice cereal until well coated.
- Spoon the mixture evenly into the muffin liners and press down to create an even base.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
- Pour melted chocolate over each peanut butter cup and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle with sea salt if desired, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until set.
- Store in the fridge until ready to enjoy.
