Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/3 cup pistachio butter (or Biscoff)
  • 1 bar dark chocolate (or preferred chocolate)
  • 7 strawberries, sliced or quartered

Instructions

  • Prepare the Filo
    • Thaw the shredded filo as per the package instructions.
    • Once thawed, cut it into thin sections and separate the strands to avoid clumps.
  • Cook the Filo
    • Heat a pan over medium heat and melt the butter.
    • Add the shredded filo and cook, stirring continuously, for 5-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
    • Transfer to a bowl to cool.
  • Melt the Pistachio Butter & Chocolate
    • Heat the pistachio butter in the microwave or over a double boiler until runny.
    • Melt the chocolate using the same method.
