Ingredients

3 cups powdered sugar

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions
For the Cake:

Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (177ยฐC). Grease a 9ร13-inch cake pan.

In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside.

In a stand mixer, beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy (4โ5 minutes).

Add oil, sour cream, and vanilla. Mix until well combined.

On medium-low speed, add eggs one at a time, scraping down the bowl as needed.
