Description

A moist and fluffy banana bread loaded with chocolate chips, perfect for breakfast or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 3 large ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a loaf pan.
  2. Mash bananas in a bowl.
  3. Mix in melted butter, sugars, eggs, vanilla, and milk.
  4. Add flour, baking soda, and salt, then mix gently.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Pour batter into the loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 55 to 65 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool before slicing.

Notes

  • Use very ripe bananas for best flavor.
  • Do not overmix the batter.
  • Store at room temperature for up to 3 days.
