- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

- 2 Teaspoons Garlic, Minced
- 3โ4 Thai Green Chilies (adjust to spice tolerance)
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Oregano
- 1 Tablespoon Cilantro, Finely Chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
- Lightly toast the bread slices until slightly crisp.
- Spread butter evenly on each slice.
- If using, spread Boursin or cream cheese on top of the buttered bread.
- In a bowl, combine shredded mozzarella, chopped onions, green bell peppers, minced garlic, chopped Thai green chilies, salt, black pepper, and oregano.
- Evenly distribute the cheese and veggie mixture over each bread slice.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly with golden spots.
- Remove from oven and garnish with fresh cilantro.
