Chicken Wontons with Spicy Sauce:
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil, divided
- 14 ounces shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 1 12-ounce bag frozen chicken wontons
- 1-2 cups chicken broth (adjust for desired soupiness)
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1-2 tablespoons chili crisp

Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a large skillet or saucepan over medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms and sauté until soft, about 4–5 minutes.
- Add grated garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Push mushrooms to the side and add remaining sesame oil. Cook frozen wontons according to package instructions, usually 5–7 minutes, until heated through and slightly golden.
- Add chicken broth, teriyaki sauce, and chili crisp to the pan. Simmer for 2–3 minutes, stirring to coat wontons and mushrooms in the sauce.
- Adjust seasoning and spice level as desired.
- Serve in bowls, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
