Chicken Tikka:
- 1 lb chicken tenders, cut into cubes (5-6 tenders)
- 4 tbsp plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp ginger & garlic paste
- 1 to 1.5 tsp salt (to taste)
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1โ2 tsp chili powder (or cayenne)
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- Optional: 1/4 tsp orange food color
Yogurt Mayo Sauce:
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne or red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Green Chutney (makes extra, store for later):
- 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1โ2 green chilis (serrano preferred)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 2โ4 tbsp water (as needed)
Assembly:

- 6 frozen parathas (Dawn or Kawan flaky parathas recommended)
- Tamarind chutney (store-bought)
- 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
Chicken Tikka:
- In a bowl, mix chicken with yogurt, lemon juice, oil, ginger-garlic paste, salt, and spices. Cover and marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to broiler mode and place the rack on the top shelf.
- Thread the chicken onto skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak them first). Suspend the skewers over a baking dish.
- Broil for 7-8 minutes on one side, then flip and broil for another 7 minutes until nicely charred.
- Let rest for 5 minutes, remove from skewers, and chop into bite-sized pieces. Toss in the juices for extra flavor.
Yogurt Mayo Sauce:
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Green Chutney:
- Blend all ingredients until smooth. Add water as needed for desired consistency.
Assembly:

- Cook frozen parathas on the stovetop according to package instructions until golden and flaky.
- Spread a generous layer of yogurt mayo sauce over the paratha.
- Place a line of chicken tikka down the center.
- Add thinly sliced onions, green chutney, tamarind chutney, and chopped cilantro.
- Roll tightly into a wrap.
- Air-fry at 325ยฐF for 3-4 minutes to crisp before serving.

Notes
- For extra smokiness, place a hot charcoal piece in a small foil cup, drizzle oil on it, and cover for 5 minutes before serving.
- You can grill the chicken instead of broiling for an authentic BBQ flavor.
