Description

Chicken Ramen Stir Fry is a quick, flavorful, and colorful dish combining tender chicken, fresh vegetables, and ramen noodles tossed in a savory sauce. Ready in just 30 minutes, it’s perfect for a weeknight dinner or a fast, satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil or sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger (optional)
  • Sliced green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable or sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced chicken and cook until fully cooked and lightly browned.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3–5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and grated ginger (if using).
  6. Add cooked noodles and sauce mixture to the skillet. Toss everything together until noodles are evenly coated and heated through.
  7. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

  • Use any combination of vegetables you like or have on hand.
  • For a spicier version, add a dash of sriracha or chili flakes.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days and reheated in a skillet or microwave.
  • Oyster sauce is optional but adds depth of flavor.
