- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger (optional)
- Sliced green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- Heat vegetable or sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until fully cooked and lightly browned.
- Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3–5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and grated ginger (if using).
- Add cooked noodles and sauce mixture to the skillet. Toss everything together until noodles are evenly coated and heated through.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
