Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). - Prepare the Filling:
In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, bell pepper, red onion, black olives, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir to combine. - Assemble the Pockets:
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into squares or circles. Place a generous spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each dough piece. Fold the dough over to form a pocket, pressing the edges to seal. - Bake the Pockets:
