- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- In a saucepan, melt butter, add onion and garlic, then stir in flour and milk to form a thick sauce.
- Mix the shredded chicken into the sauce and let it cool.
- Shape the mixture into small cylinders or balls.
- Dip in beaten eggs, coat with breadcrumbs, and fry until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
