Description

These Chicken Crescent Rolls feature tender chicken and sautéed mushrooms wrapped in flaky crescent pastry with a creamy cheesy filling. Perfect for dinner, appetizers, or a brunch treat that’s both easy and indulgent.

  • 1 package crescent roll dough
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, sautéed mushrooms, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, shredded mozzarella, salt, and pepper.
  3. Separate crescent roll dough into triangles and place a spoonful of filling on the wide end of each triangle.
  4. Roll the dough from wide end to point, placing seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Brush each roll with melted butter for a golden finish.
  6. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
  7. Cool 2–3 minutes before serving. Serve warm.

  • Sauté mushrooms before adding to filling to remove excess moisture.
