- 2 links chorizo sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1 baguette, freshly baked

- 2 slices provolone or mozzarella cheese (optional)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or spicy aioli
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Grill the chicken breasts until golden and cooked through. In the same pan, cook the chorizo until crispy and crumbly.
- Lightly toast the baguette.
- Slice the baguette in half and layer with the grilled chicken, chorizo, lettuce, tomato, and cheese (optional).
- Spread mayonnaise or spicy aioli on the bread and serve immediately.
