These Chicken Alfredo Roll-Ups are made with lasagna noodles, shredded chicken, creamy Alfredo sauce, and Mozzarella cheese, baked to perfection for a comforting meal.

8 lasagna noodles

2 cups Alfredo sauce (divided)

1 lb. cooked shredded chicken

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

3 cups freshly grated Mozzarella cheese (divided)

Instructions

Preheat Oven:

Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Spray a 9ร13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray and set aside.

Cook Noodles:

Boil lasagna noodles according to package directions. Drain the water and carefully lay the cooked noodles onto parchment paper to cool and dry.

Make Filling:

In a medium bowl, mix together half of the Alfredo sauce, shredded chicken, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and 1 cup of Mozzarella cheese. Combine well.

Assemble Roll-Ups:

Divide the chicken Alfredo mixture evenly among the 8 lasagna noodles, spreading it over each noodle. Roll up each noodle tightly, starting from one end. Place the roll-ups in the prepared baking dish, seam-side down.

Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce evenly over the roll-ups. Top with the remaining Mozzarella cheese. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
