These Cherry Cheese Danish Sliders are a delicious combination of sweet cherry pie filling, creamy cheesecake, and buttery Hawaiian rolls. Baked to golden perfection and drizzled with a rich glaze, theyโre perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dessert!
Ingredients
For the Sliders:

1 package Hawaiian sweet rolls

1 cup (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1/2 tsp lemon juice

1 egg yolk

1 tbsp butter, melted
-
4 tbsp sugar, divided

2 cups cherry pie filling
-
1 egg
-
1/4 cup water
For the Drizzle:

1 cup powdered sugar

2 tsp whole milk

1/4 cup sliced almonds
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).

Using a bread knife, slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally to create a top and bottom layer. Set aside.

In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice, and egg yolk with a hand mixer until smooth.

In a small bowl, mix melted butter with 1 tbsp sugar and spread it evenly in the bottom of a 9ร13 baking pan. Place the bottom half of the rolls into the pan.

Spread the cream cheese filling evenly over the bottom half of the rolls. Top with cherry pie filling, then place the top half of the rolls over the filling.

In a small bowl, whisk together egg and water to make an egg wash. Brush it over the tops and sides of the rolls. Sprinkle the remaining 3 tbsp sugar over the top.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.

In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar and milk to make the glaze. Drizzle over the warm sliders.

Sprinkle with sliced almonds and serve warm.
