Ingredients

  • 1 cup RAGรš Homestyle Traditional Pasta Sauce (plus more for dipping)
  • 1 lb pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
  • 3/4 โ€“ 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or Italian cheese blend)
  • 30โ€“32 pepperoni slices
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425ยฐF. Grease a 9ร—11โ€ baking pan with baking spray.
  • Spread ยผ cup of pasta sauce in the bottom of the pan and set aside.
  • Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface. Cut the dough into 12 equal squares.
  • Place 1 tbsp of pasta sauce in the center of each dough square.
  • Add 2 slices of pepperoni on top of the sauce.
  • Sprinkle about 1 tbsp of cheese over the pepperoni.
  • Take the corners of each dough square and bring them together, pinching tightly to form a sealed ball.
  • Place the stuffed rolls, pinched-side down, in the prepared baking pan.
  • Cut remaining pepperoni slices in half and tuck them between the rolls.
  • Brush the tops of the rolls with olive oil, then sprinkle oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  • Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of the rolls.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Serve warm with extra pasta sauce for dipping. Enjoy!

  • For extra flavor, brush rolls with garlic butter before baking.
  • Use turkey pepperoni for a lighter version.
  • Try adding chopped basil or red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
