- 1 cup RAGร Homestyle Traditional Pasta Sauce (plus more for dipping)
- 1 lb pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
- 3/4 โ 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or Italian cheese blend)
- 30โ32 pepperoni slices
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425ยฐF. Grease a 9ร11โ baking pan with baking spray.
- Spread ยผ cup of pasta sauce in the bottom of the pan and set aside.
- Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface. Cut the dough into 12 equal squares.
- Place 1 tbsp of pasta sauce in the center of each dough square.
- Add 2 slices of pepperoni on top of the sauce.
- Sprinkle about 1 tbsp of cheese over the pepperoni.
- Take the corners of each dough square and bring them together, pinching tightly to form a sealed ball.
- Place the stuffed rolls, pinched-side down, in the prepared baking pan.
- Cut remaining pepperoni slices in half and tuck them between the rolls.
- Brush the tops of the rolls with olive oil, then sprinkle oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of the rolls.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with extra pasta sauce for dipping. Enjoy!

- For extra flavor, brush rolls with garlic butter before baking.
