- 1.25 oz packet fajita seasoning
- 4 oz can diced green chiles, drained
- 1 cup fiesta blend cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup chopped black olives
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, salsa, and fajita seasoning until well combined.
- Divide the mixture evenly between the four tortillas and spread it across each one.
- Sprinkle the green chilies, cheese, and black olives evenly over the tortillas.
- Starting from one end, tightly roll up each tortilla until fully wrapped.
- Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.
- Remove from the fridge, unwrap, and trim 1-inch off each end (discard or snack on them).
