Description

These Cheesy Garlic Butter Sandwich Skewers are fun, bite-sized sandwiches packed with layers of savory ham, turkey, and melted cheese, brushed with a fragrant garlic-butter mixture and perfect for parties or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh basil, minced
  • 4 large sesame seed buns
  • 12 slices honey ham
  • 6 slices baby Swiss cheese
  • 12 slices mesquite turkey
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 4 skewers
  • Reynolds Wrap Non Stick Foil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with Reynolds Wrap Non Stick Foil.
  2. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic butter, and minced basil. Set aside.
  3. Slice each sesame seed bun into halves and layer with honey ham, baby Swiss cheese, and mesquite turkey.
  4. Assemble the sandwiches by stacking layers on skewers, alternating with cherry tomatoes as desired.
  5. Brush the tops of sandwiches with the garlic-butter mixture.
  6. Place the skewers on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes, until cheese is melted and sandwiches are heated through.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy as a fun appetizer or snack.
