Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons yeast
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix flour, yeast, sugar, milk, and butter to form dough.
  3. Let dough rise until doubled.
  4. Mix chicken, mayonnaise, hot sauce, garlic powder, and cheese.
  5. Divide dough, fill, and seal buns.
  6. Brush with egg wash.
  7. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until golden.
  8. Serve warm.
