- 1 loaf of round bread (about 13 ounces), unsliced
- 2 tablespoons Tony’s Creole-Style Butter Marinade
- 1/4 teaspoon Tony’s No Salt Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon fresh garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
- 1 cup rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
- Using a sharp knife, cut the bread into a crosshatch pattern, creating squares without cutting all the way through the bottom.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, Tony’s Creole-Style Butter Marinade, and Tony’s No Salt Seasoning.
- Carefully brush or spoon the butter mixture into the cuts of the bread.
- Stuff shredded chicken, green onions, and cheeses into the crevices of the bread.
- Wrap the bread loosely in foil and bake for 15-20 minutes, then unwrap and bake an additional 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted and top is golden brown.
- Serve warm, pulling apart pieces as desired.
