Description

This Cheesecake Apple Pie Dip combines creamy cheesecake filling with warm, cinnamon-spiced apples for the perfect cozy dessert. It’s rich, sweet, and ready in just 20 minutes.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 medium apples, peeled and diced (mix of red and green)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons caramel sauce (optional, for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add diced apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cook 5–7 minutes, stirring until apples are tender and sauce thickens.
  3. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly into a shallow dish or pie pan.
  4. Spoon the warm apple mixture over the top.
  5. If desired, drizzle caramel sauce on top and sprinkle with extra cinnamon.
  6. Serve warm or chilled with graham crackers, cookies, or apple slices.

Notes

  • Use both tart and sweet apples for the best flavor balance.
  • Don’t overcook apples; they should stay slightly firm.
  • Can be made ahead and served chilled or warmed before serving.
