Instructions
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Set aside.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add diced apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cook 5–7 minutes, stirring until apples are tender and sauce thickens.
- Spread cream cheese mixture evenly into a shallow dish or pie pan.
- Spoon the warm apple mixture over the top.
- If desired, drizzle caramel sauce on top and sprinkle with extra cinnamon.
