Description

These Cheeseburger Tater Tot Nachos are the ultimate comfort foodโ€”crispy tater tots, savory ground beef, sharp cheddar cheese, and all the classic cheeseburger toppings, baked to perfection and drizzled with a zesty secret sauce.

  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 lb Seasonโ€™s Choice Potato Puffs, cooked according to package
  • 3 cups (8 oz) Happy Farms Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups (8 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup (4 oz) sliced pickles
  • Topping:
  • 1 1/2 cups (3 oz) shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup secret sauce (recipe follows)

Instructions

  1. Secret Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons ketchup, 2 tablespoons Sriracha, 2 teaspoons sugar, and 1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar. Set aside.
  2. Prepare the Beef: Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks. Stir occasionally and cook until browned, about 4 minutes. Set aside to cool slightly.
  3. Assemble: In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked potato puffs, ground beef, shredded cheese, pickles, and diced tomatoes. Stir to combine.
  4. Bake: Scrape the mixture onto a baking sheet and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake in the preheated oven at 375ยฐF for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Serve: Remove from the oven and drizzle with the secret sauce. Top with shredded lettuce and serve immediately.
