- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish or similar-sized baking dish.
2. Cook the Bacon:
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy.

3. Cook the Beef & Onions:

- Cook over medium heat, breaking up the beef, until browned and the onion is softened.
- Stir in the garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.

- Return ⅔ of the cooked bacon to the skillet and stir to combine.

- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top.
5. Prepare & Pour the Batter:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the Bisquick, milk, and eggs until smooth.
- Pour the batter over the meat and cheese, ensuring it covers everything evenly.
6. Bake & Serve:
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the pie rest for 5-8 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with the remaining bacon and fresh parsley.
- Serve with optional burger toppings like mustard, ketchup, or pickles.
