Description

This Cheddar Jalapeño Pull Apart Bread is warm, cheesy, and slightly spicy, with melty mozzarella and cheddar cheese paired with tangy jalapeños, all on buttery pizza dough. It’s perfect for a snack or appetizer!


Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced pickled jalapeño peppers, drained

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Butter a loaf pan and line it with parchment paper to cover the bottom and sides.
  2. On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle, about 10×20 inches.
  3. Brush the melted butter over the dough. Evenly sprinkle the mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the dough, then top with the pickled jalapeños.
  4. Using a sharp knife, cut the dough lengthwise into three long strips. Cut each strip into six squares.
  5. Stack the squares in groups of four or six, being careful not to lose too much cheese. Place the stacked layers vertically in the prepared loaf pan.
  6. Bake the bread for 25 minutes, or until it is puffed and golden brown.
  7. Let the bread cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with warm marinara sauce or ranch dressing.
