Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese (one block, full fat)
  • 4 tablespoons butter (salted, room temperature)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or any of your favorites)
  • 1 carrot stem (or parsley or cilantro) Optional
  • 2 tablespoons Fiesta Ranch Seasoning (or one packet) Optional

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, butter, shredded cheddar cheese, and Fiesta Ranch Seasoning (if using).
  • Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes.
  • After chilling, drop the mixture onto a sheet of wax paper and roll it into a cone shape.
  • Use your hands to mold it into a carrot shape, don’t worry about perfection!
  • Place the cheese ball onto a platter and sprinkle shredded cheese over the top, gently pressing it into the cream cheese mixture to stick.
  • Insert a carrot stem, parsley, or cilantro to resemble a carrot’s top.
