- 2 tablespoons lime juice (~1 lime)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (~1 lemon)
- 1 1/2 ounces raspberry powdered gelatin (1/2 of a 3-ounce box)
- 1 1/2 ounces lime powdered gelatin (1/2 of a 3-ounce box)
- 1 1/2 ounces lemon powdered gelatin (1/2 of a 3-ounce box)
- 1 1/2 ounces orange powdered gelatin (1/2 of a 3-ounce box)
- 1 1/2 ounces blueberry powdered gelatin (1/2 of a 3-ounce box)
- 3 cups green grapes (about 20 ounces)
Instructions
- Wash and dry the grapes thoroughly, removing any stems.
- In a small bowl, combine the lime juice and lemon juice.
- Place the grapes in a large mixing bowl and pour the citrus juice over them, tossing to coat evenly.
- In separate small bowls, place each flavored powdered gelatin.
- Roll the grapes in each gelatin flavor one at a time, coating them evenly.
- Place coated grapes on a parchment-lined tray and let them set in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- You can mix and match gelatin flavors to create your own candy grape combinations.
- Ensure grapes are completely dry before coating to help the gelatin stick better.
- Store candy grapes in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days for best freshness.
