Description

A creamy and flavorful pasta dish combining rich Alfredo sauce with bold Cajun spices, tender shrimp, and vibrant bell peppers.


Ingredients

  • 250 g fettuccine pasta
  • 300 g shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente.
  2. Season shrimp with Cajun seasoning.
  3. Melt butter in a skillet and sauté garlic.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until pink, then remove.
  5. Add cream and parmesan, stir until smooth.
  6. Add bell peppers and cooked pasta.
  7. Return shrimp, mix well, and adjust seasoning.

Notes

  • Use fresh parmesan for best texture
  • Do not overcook shrimp
  • Add pasta water if sauce is too thick
