- 250 g fettuccine pasta
- 300 g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente.
- Season shrimp with Cajun seasoning.
- Melt butter in a skillet and sauté garlic.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, then remove.
- Add cream and parmesan, stir until smooth.
- Add bell peppers and cooked pasta.
- Return shrimp, mix well, and adjust seasoning.
Notes
- Use fresh parmesan for best texture
- Do not overcook shrimp
- Add pasta water if sauce is too thick
