Description

This Cadbury Egg Crack is a fun and easy Easter dessert that comes together in just 15 minutes! With a base of honey graham crackers, a layer of buttery caramel, melted chocolate chips, and chopped Cadbury mini eggs, this treat is a sweet and crunchy delight. Perfect for a holiday snack or party!


Ingredients

  • 1 package honey graham crackers
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped Cadbury mini eggs

Instructions

  • reheat the oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
  • Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Arrange the graham cracker sheets in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  • In a saucepan over medium-high heat, melt the butter and brown sugar, whisking continuously. Let it come to a boil and cook for a few minutes.
  • Pour the caramel mixture evenly over the graham crackers.
  • Bake in the oven for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven, then sprinkle chocolate chips over the hot caramel. Let it sit for a few minutes, then spread the melted chocolate over the graham crackers.
  • Sprinkle chopped Cadbury mini eggs on top and let the mixture cool and harden.
  • Once set, break it into pieces and serve.
