- 1 package honey graham crackers
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped Cadbury mini eggs
Instructions
- reheat the oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
- Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- Arrange the graham cracker sheets in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- In a saucepan over medium-high heat, melt the butter and brown sugar, whisking continuously. Let it come to a boil and cook for a few minutes.
- Pour the caramel mixture evenly over the graham crackers.
- Bake in the oven for 5 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, then sprinkle chocolate chips over the hot caramel. Let it sit for a few minutes, then spread the melted chocolate over the graham crackers.
- Sprinkle chopped Cadbury mini eggs on top and let the mixture cool and harden.
- Once set, break it into pieces and serve.
