Instructions

Toast the Bread:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil.
  3. Bake for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  4. While warm, rub each slice with the cut side of the garlic for added flavor.

Prepare the Tomato Mixture:

  1. In a bowl, mix cherry tomatoes, basil, balsamic glaze, extra virgin olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Let it sit for 5 minutes to enhance the flavors.

Assemble the Bruschetta:

  1. Tear the burrata into pieces and place them on the toasted baguette slices.
  2. Spoon the tomato mixture over the burrata.

Finish & Serve:

  1. Drizzle with additional balsamic glaze and extra virgin olive oil if desired.
