A quick, creamy, and spicy Buffalo tuna salad made with everyday pantry ingredients. Perfect for sandwiches, wraps, or scooping with veggies.

- 2 cans chunk light tuna in water (5 oz each), drained
- 3-4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1-2 tbsp hot sauce or Buffalo sauce
- 1-2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 celery rib, finely diced
- 2 tbsp finely diced red onion or shallot
- 2-3 tbsp finely diced parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Drain the tuna thoroughly and add it to a medium mixing bowl.
- Add the mayonnaise, hot sauce, and lemon juice to the bowl and mix gently to combine.
- Fold in the diced celery, red onion (or shallot), and parsley.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Adjust hot sauce or lemon juice as needed, then chill for 10–15 minutes before serving for best flavor.
Notes
- Start with less hot sauce and adjust to your spice preference.
- Serve in sandwiches, wraps, lettuce cups, or with crackers.
- For extra creaminess, add an extra spoonful of mayo.
