Description

These Buffalo Chicken Wraps are packed with spicy, tangy flavor and are perfect for a quick lunch or dinner. With tender chicken, crisp veggies, and creamy dressing wrapped in a soft tortilla, they’re a fun and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  • Cook the chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked through. Remove from the pan and let it rest for a few minutes.
  • Shred the chicken: Once the chicken has cooled slightly, shred it into bite-sized pieces using two forks.
  • Toss with buffalo sauce: In a large bowl, toss the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
  • Assemble the wraps: Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface. In the center of each tortilla, add a spoonful of buffalo chicken, followed by a drizzle of ranch or blue cheese dressing. Top with shredded lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, diced celery, and diced red onion.
  • Wrap and serve: Fold in the sides of the tortillas and roll them up tightly. Slice in half and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, add some sliced carrots or cucumbers to the wrap.
  • If you prefer a milder version, use a less spicy buffalo sauce or mix it with a bit of honey.
  • You can also grill the chicken for a smoky flavor.
