- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Cook the chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked through. Remove from the pan and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Shred the chicken: Once the chicken has cooled slightly, shred it into bite-sized pieces using two forks.
- Toss with buffalo sauce: In a large bowl, toss the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
- Assemble the wraps: Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface. In the center of each tortilla, add a spoonful of buffalo chicken, followed by a drizzle of ranch or blue cheese dressing. Top with shredded lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, diced celery, and diced red onion.
- Wrap and serve: Fold in the sides of the tortillas and roll them up tightly. Slice in half and serve immediately.
Notes
