Description

Spicy buffalo chicken, creamy cheese, and flaky crescent rolls come together in a fun and flavorful dish that’s simple to make.   • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken (rotisserie or boiled)
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tubes (8 ounces each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce. Stir in shredded mozzarella cheese and softened cream cheese until well combined. If using, add chopped green onions.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  • Arrange the crescent triangles on the baking sheet in a circular pattern, with the wide ends overlapping slightly and the pointed ends extending outward, forming a ring.
  • Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture onto the wide ends of the crescent triangles.
  • Fold the pointed ends over the filling and tuck them under the wide ends, sealing the ring.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and, if desired, sprinkle crumbled blue cheese over the top while warm.
  • Let cool slightly before slicing into portions. Serve warm with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
