- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 tubes (8 ounces each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce. Stir in shredded mozzarella cheese and softened cream cheese until well combined. If using, add chopped green onions.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Arrange the crescent triangles on the baking sheet in a circular pattern, with the wide ends overlapping slightly and the pointed ends extending outward, forming a ring.
- Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture onto the wide ends of the crescent triangles.
- Fold the pointed ends over the filling and tuck them under the wide ends, sealing the ring.
