Ingredients

  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded

  • 1 block cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce

  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp white cheddar (or Monterey Jack)

  • 2 Tbsp. butter

  • 4 slices bread


Instructions

Prepare the Filling

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded rotisserie chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and shredded cheddar. Stir until well blended.

  2. Slather the buffalo chicken mixture onto 2 slices of bread, then top with the remaining 2 slices to form sandwiches.

Grill the Sandwiches

  1. Heat a sautรฉ pan over medium heat. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in the pan.

  2. Place the sandwiches in the pan and cook for about 2 minutes, until golden brown.
